UI/UX Designer

Focusteck is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, user-centered experiences across web and mobile applications. If you’re passionate about great design and user research we’d like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business and user requirements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and project goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of design thinking and user research methodologies.
• Proficiency in visual design and user experience (UX) principles.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping and usability testing.
• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• 2–3 years of experience in designing and delivering user-centered design solutions.
• Experience in software, mobile app, and web app development is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Design, or Computer Science or a related field.
